Our Founders Thought
What I love most is the team we’ve built. We chose people with high standards, real drive, and the kind of mindset that makes everyone around them better. Coming from a competitive sports background, that matters to me. You do not improve by playing in Division 1 forever, you improve by stepping up, competing at a higher level, and being around people who push you to grow. That same feeling exists in this team. I also chose to work with nonprofit clients because I wanted the work to mean more than performance alone. Success is important, but it feels different when your work is helping support causes that genuinely make the world better.
